His other restaurant in town, Blackbird, is a phenomenal highly reviewed "casual upscale" destination that shows Capasso's roots. WSG has not disappointed at all to show Capasso's amazing and unique diversity! This really makes no sense to me, and I don't see why someone of Hell's Kitchen fame would take a job in a town like Collingswood, NJ. I grew up in Collingswood, and it was a ghetto as a kid. I have a hard time believing that it has cleaned up that much today.
