Water Lily - Collingswood, NJ

We enjoyed dinner here with Zelda's parents tonight to celebrate Zelda's birthday. This is the new venture from owner Thomas Chen, who formerly owned the well know Lotus Oriental Restaurant in Marlton. The executive Chef is Fred Cherenfant, and the restaurant is BYOB friendly.
