Well, the Bradley Smoker truly got christened today with a 7 pound brisket and a 3 1/2 pound corned beef brisket. Let me say that Jan's Rub was perfect, and my buddy Bob Coll's Carolina BBQ sauce recipe was perfect. More details to com e, but this is some of the best BBQ I have ever had, and ever. Made.
